Kelly Stevens has worked for the University of Maine at Machias in the Athletics Department as an Administrative Assistant since August of 2007.  Kelly has worked previously in the banking industry, for the local school department and an insurance company.   She attended Jonesboro Grammar School which was located where the Jonesboro Town office is now housed and attended Machias High School graduating in 1980. Kelly has another part-time position when she isn't at the University.  She is a server at the Chandler River Lodge Fine Dining & Lodging in Jonesboro, Maine which she enjoys. Kelly has lived in Machias for 26 years with her husband Peter, their son Todd and yellow lab Jed.  Her greatest achievement and joy has been being a mother and watching her son play sports.   Through pee wee basketball, little league baseball, grammar and high school sports she never missed a game.  Kelly's hobbies are reading, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
