UMM's Paige Wiechman receives honors of USCAA National Player of the Week

The 5 K race was lead from start to finish by the freshman runner. She won the race with a time of 21:38 and an 8 second lead over the 2nd place UNE runner. Coach Case is excited that Paige has gotten off to such a great start to the season. He believes Paige is certainly deserving of the honors from the USCAA.
"Paige has the right mindset though; she knows that she can improve, wants to improve and understands that she needs to work harder now because the runners close to her are going to try to close that gap." says Coach Case.
