The Clippers started slow against EMCC on Tuesday, but still maintained a 3pt lead at the half. The second half saw the ladies play much better defense with a mixture of man to man and zone. The offense started clicking and the Clippers were able to build a lead against a stubborn EMMC squad. EMCC shot 30 foul shots to the Clippers 10. UMM was led by senior Kayla Wood(Machiasport, ME) with 20pts and 6 assists. She was followed by Becca Young(Concord, VT) with 12pts and 8rbs. Samira Cruz(Orlando, FL) contributed 10pts.
