Coach Duncan comes to UMM from Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina where he served as an assistant professor of social sciences and coached softball. A native of Virginia, he began his college head coaching career in Kentucky at Midway College where he coached multiple sports and also served as athletic director. He returns to coaching volleyball after several years during which he coached women's basketball. He is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College and received his master's degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
