Dear Student Athletes and Family,

On behalf of the University of Maine at Machias, I would like to welcome you and your family to the university and athletic community.  We are very excited to have you involved in the Athletic Department and look forward to seeing you on campus.

All forms, as well as a copy of the front and back of the medical insurance card used for the student athlete, will need to be on file in the Athletic Department prior to any type of athletic participation.
