The Clippers kept the season moving in the right direction Tuesday night beating Mount Allison University 95-59 in the Reynolds Center.
The Clippers defense was able to force Mount Allison into 25 turnovers which led to easy baskets for the home team. The balanced scoring attack saw six Clippers in double figures; Nate Case 16, Clifford McDonald 12, Darren Lucas, Jeremy Tolbert and Matt Nelson 11 and Zach Armstrong 10. McDonald had a nice all around game grabbing 8 rebounds and making 7 assists. Brian Alexander led in assists dishing out 8.
The Clippers game at St. Thomas on Wednesday has been postponed. The Clippers return to action on Tuesday, November 17th with a game in the Reynolds Center against Maine Maritime Academy. Tip off is 7 pm.
